06 / Questions

Before you ask.

The things periti, contractors and owners most often want to know before they call.

Do you submit drawings to the Planning Authority?

No. Statutory submissions, and any drawing that requires a professional signature, are prepared and submitted by your warranted perit. We supply the measured base information your perit works from — which keeps professional hours on design and submission rather than on measurement.

What do I receive at the end of a survey?

Layered CAD in DWG and DXF, scaled PDF plots, levels and coordinates tied to a site datum or your project grid, and a short written scope recording what was measured and what was not.

How much does a survey cost?

Every job is quoted individually, based on the site, the access and the level of detail required. You receive a fixed price in writing before any work begins, so there are no hourly surprises.

How quickly can you attend site?

Tell us your deadline when you enquire. We confirm in writing whether we can meet it before you commit to anything — rather than promising a date we have not checked.

Do you cover Gozo as well as Malta?

Yes. We travel to any site on both islands, including Victoria, Xewkija and Marsalforn in Gozo.

Can you work from our existing drawings?

Yes. Send the DWG or PDF you are working from and we will tie the survey to your grid and datum, so the result drops straight into your drawing set.
